Information on scheduled maintenance May 14, 2025 06:00-07:00 CEST

We would like to inform you about a scheduled maintenance window.

The maintenance work serves to update the WebID VPN services. During the maintenance work short outages of a few minutes to the VPN services can be expected.

Information on scheduled server maintenance May 21, 2025 00:15-06:15 CEST

We would like to inform you about a scheduled server maintenance window. This is the follow-up maintenance which was initially planned for the 29th and 30th April but later on cancelled.

The maintenance work serves the security, up-to-dateness and performance of our infrastructure. During the maintenance window, the WebID file response will be suspended. The file response will be automatically resumed after the maintenance is completed.

We do not expect the maintenance work to take the full 6 hours.

Information on scheduled server maintenance May 22, 2025 00:15-06:15 CEST

We would like to inform you about a scheduled server maintenance window. This is the follow-up maintenance which was initially planned for the 29th and 30th April but later on cancelled.

This maintenance window is scheduled in case the maintenance work scheduled for the 21st May cannot be finished on that day. During the maintenance window, the WebID file response will be suspended. The file response will be automatically resumed after the maintenance is completed.

In case this second maintenance time window is required, we will update this information.

As with the planned maintenance window on 21st May, we do not expect the maintenance to take the full 6 hours.

Resolved - The routing issue impacting the Solingen site has been resolved. Network connectivity has been stable since the morning of April 25, 2025, and all affected routes were successfully re-established.

Post-restoration monitoring has been completed without any further anomalies. No residual issues have been observed.

The incident is now considered closed.

Monitoring - The affected route has been successfully reestablished, and all VideoID services are now fully operational again. We are currently monitoring the situation to ensure continued stability and performance. Further updates will be provided if necessary.
