We would like to inform you about a scheduled maintenance window.

The data centre will carry out maintenance work on Tuesday, 15th Oct. 2025, between 0:15 CEST and 5:15 CEST.

The work will affect the WebID productive environment. The system should be available while the maintenance is carried out, but myabe with degraded performance.

This scheduled maintenance affected: WebID Products (AccountID, AutoID, avsID, eID, SignID, SignID Direct, TrueID, VideoID, VisualID) and WebID Services (IT Service Desk, Test System).
