Information on scheduled maintenance

We would like to inform you about a scheduled maintenance window.

The data centre will carry out maintenance work on Tuesday, 14th Oct. 2025, between 0:15 CEST and 2:15 CEST. The maintenance of the servers will take between 30 and 60 minutes within this time window.

The work will affect the WebID productive environment. The system will be unavailable while the maintenance is carried out.

This scheduled maintenance affects: WebID Products (AccountID, AutoID, avsID, eID, SignID, SignID Direct, TrueID, VideoID, VisualID) and WebID Services (IT Service Desk, Test System).
